The Forge Lake Lodge is a unique opportunity to own the most luxurious log home in all of the Carolinas. It’s mountain like views are unlike any East of the Rocky Mountains. It is designed for relaxation. The Lodges resort atmosphere is private and secluded yet exquisite. It gives you all the warmth of being at home. The Forge is nestled in the National Mountain Forest. Only three hours away from Atlanta or forty-five minutes by jet and one and half hours from Asheville, NC.

The owners will enjoy a turn-key one of a kind experience. Your home will be prepared for you before you arrive by the concierge. The refrigerator, kitchen and wine cellar will be stocked as requested. Any personal items, belongings, family pictures will be thoughtfully placed. Flat screens will be accompanied by the most recent titles of DVD. The CD Jukebox plays 2000+ songs from past to present, all throughout the home.

The concierge can also arrange activities such as white water rafting, horseback riding, fishing, hiking and or golf. The home is equipped with water craft at its private deck fueled, and ready for enjoyment. Star gazing is a popular time for friends and family.
Each owner will enjoy three months per year, divided evenly to three weeks per season. As expected every season is unique and is beautiful in its own way. All holidays will be on rotation and can be scheduled / requested through the concierge.

This is distinct ownership deeded twenty-five each individual owner the price is 1.5 million for 25% ownership. An annual fee of approximately 20k per owner will include all property taxes, energy costs, internet, satellite connections, all general maintenance and management (concierge). There are currently two ownership opportunities remaining.
